If you can answer yes to each of these questions, you may be eligible for reemployment (unemployment) benefits in the state of Florida.

1. Did you lose your job through no fault of your own? Getting fired for poor performance does not disqualify you.
2. Are you totally unemployed or only partially employed?
3. Do you earn money during the prior year?
4. Are you actively seeking work?

These are simplified questions as the requirements do have more detail, but if you can answer yes to all of these you should apply for reemployment benefits.
