Do You Qualify for Florida Reemployment Assistance?
To be eligible for Reemployment Benefits you must meet certain requirements.
The State of Florida defines the requirements precisely, but they can be confusing.
Essentially:

- You must be unemployed through no fault of your own.
- If you are working part time, you must not earn more than $274 a week.
- You must be able to work.
- You must be available to work.
- You must be looking for work.
- If you live in Florida, but have earned wages in the last 18 months in multiple states, including Florida,
you will need to report all your wages.
